Navigating emotions, school, friendships, and understanding your brain can be confusing and overwhelming. I provide a space solely for listening to you, in a way that feels safe and comfortable.

There are no rules or pressure, and you don't have to explain things perfectly or talk about anything you don't want to. We will take time to understand what is going on for you and work together to find ways to make things feel more manageable.

During our sessions, you may have your parent present, speak to me alone, or choose a combination. The important thing is that you feel comfortable.

How can I help?

I can help support you with things like:

  • Understanding emotions and feelings (like anger or worry)

  • Meltdowns or shutdowns when things get too much

  • School challenges

  • Friendship difficulties

  • Understanding ADHD or Autism 

  • Looking at other helpful ways to improve things like sensory differences,

sleep, restlessness, and getting upset with people when you don't mean to.
