Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get started?
The first step is to book an initial 20-minute telephone or video call. This gives us the chance to talk through your concerns, your child's needs, and how I may be able to support you.
What happens after the initial consultation?
After our initial consultation, I will provide a clear outline of the support I can offer along with the associated costs. There is no expectation or obligation to book additional sessions.
How much do your services cost?
Following the free initial consultation, I provide an email outlining the support I feel would be most beneficial. Please see the 'Support Options & Fees' page for more information.
Are appointments online or in-person?
I offer both online and in- person appointments, depending on what works best for you and your location. Online sessions are held via a secure video platform. In-person sessions take place in a calm, safe, private room in Hook Norton, Oxfordshire.
For schools, I attend the school setting directly for the first appointment.
Does my child need a diagnosis to access support?
No. A diagnosis is not needed to access support.
Do you provide neurodevelopmental assessments or diagnoses?
I do not provide formal ADHD or other diagnostic assessments as part of this service. However, I can offer professional insight into traits and behaviours that may be consistent with neurodivergence, and support you in understanding your child's needs.
