Parenting brings incredible joy, but it can also feel confusing, challenging and at times, isolating - especially when your child is struggling at school or displaying behaviours at home that are difficult to understand.

It can be particularly difficult when your concerns are not always recognised or shared by schools or other professionals, leaving you feeling unheard or uncertain about where to turn. I have been in your position, which is why I am so passionate about supporting and empowering families on their journey by offering them the knowledge, reassurance, and support they both need and deserve.

For Parents

How can I help?

Support begins with an initial chat, during which we will explore your concerns in detail. From there, I provide tailored, individualised support based on your child and family's needs.

This may include:

🌿Exploring any behaviours together
🌿Considering what may be driving these behaviours and offering advice or next steps
🌿Support with navigating neurodevelopmental assessments
🌿Advice on school-related challenges, including attendance
🌿Sleep support
